Thus were born the shows which would eventually become the Hot Boxxx Girls and the Dream Queens Revue. After his kids left for college in 1998, he decided he wanted to be able to do it in the bar - but didn't want to be the only guy in a dress.

When I asked Joe how the shows came about, he explained that the owner likes to cross-dress occasionally.
